Smart Lofts Moscow Apartments are design studios with magnificent views and self check-in, located in Moscow in the brand new residential complexes "Savelovskiy City" and Cleverland. All studios are suitable for both short-term stays and long-term bookings. Each of the studios is equipped with a full kitchen area, a wide comfortable double bed with orthopedic mattress 160x200, blackout curtains, washing machine, Smart TV with 40 " screen, iron, hair dryer, microwave oven. 24-hour security is provided in the buildings. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available. Parking in the underground or above-ground multi-level car park can be arranged for an additional fee upon request.

Terms of stay

Smart Lofts Moscow are fully prepared for independent living apartments. Guests can check-in and check-out by themselves using an electronic key at any time that corresponds to the check-in rules (starting from 14:00 on the check-in date) and the check-out rules (until 11:00 on the check-out date). Check-in instructions and the code for the electronic lock are sent to guests immediately after confirming the reservation via WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram. Hosts are available from 8:00 to 24:00 by phone, WhatsApp, Viber and Telegram. The apartments do not have their own parking spaces. Parking in the buildings or in the surrounding areas is difficult, so if parking is required, please contact the property in advance. We will send you information about all possible parking options and, if possible, will help you find paid parking options. The cost of parking in the residential complex "Savelovsky City" in the underground or multi-level ground parking is usually 500 rubles. per day. Children of all ages are allowed. Children can stay together with their parents without providing an extra bed for free. If you need an extra bed for a child of any age or an adult, please inform us at least 1 day in advance. If the layout of the apartment allows us to place an additional folding bed, we are ready to provide it on separately negotiated terms. The day of providing accommodation services starts from 14:00 to 11:00 of the next day (regardless of the time of arrival). Early check-in and late check-out are possible , but only if this is possible and by prior agreement. If this option is available, early check - in and late check-out within one additional hour are free of charge. Early check-in and late check-out beyond one additional hour may be subject to additional charges, subject to separate conditions. We take care of your safety, in this regard, there are security cameras in public areas. Video surveillance is carried out for the safety of guests and their property, the property of the apartments. We are not responsible for the safety of things and jewelry left in the apartment. When leaving the apartment, please close the doors behind you with an electronic lock, and do not leave the windows open. Upon additional request, guests may be provided with an additional key to the mechanical (lever) lock. For security reasons, it is forbidden to pass the self-check-in code from the apartment to others. In case of loss or damage of their belongings the guest must immediately notify the apartment administrator. If the guest has not submitted his / her claims to the apartment administration before the end of the stay, it is considered that his / her belongings have not been lost or damaged. In case of finding forgotten items, the property will immediately notify the owner of the items, if he is known. Forgotten items are kept by the administration for 1 month, after which they are transferred to the relevant public authorities or destroyed. Please note that the following restrictions apply to the apartment: - The apartment is intended for accommodation only - It is not allowed to hold events, parties, services on the territory of the apartment, etc. - From 23 to 8 o'clock in the morning, the apartment must remain quiet - Pets are not allowed - Smoking is strictly prohibited, including hookahs, vape, IQOS and any other devices intended for smoking. In accordance with Article 12 of Federal Law No. 15-FZ of 23.02.2013, smoking is not allowed both on the territory of the apartments themselves and in the common areas of the apartments and buildings, except in cases when the buildings have specially designated smoking areas. The penalty for violation - 5 000. - In case of damage to the property, as well as sanitary and other equipment available in the apartment, if such damage was caused by tenant or persons living together with him, the guest shall compensate the harm caused to them or their own, either in cash, according to the market price of the equipment. In case of damage to the property, please inform us about it to clarify the cost and compensation for damage before departure. If the guest repeatedly violates the internal rules of living in the apartment, which leads to material losses or creates inconvenience for other visitors, the apartment has the right to refuse to settle or terminate the contract (to carry out eviction). In this case, after deducting the amount covering the material losses caused by the visitor and (or) fines provided for in these rules, the guest will be refunded the balance of the payment made earlier, if such a refund is provided for in the tariff plan. In case of causing significant material damage to the apartment due to the fault or negligence of the guest and (or) or his guests, an act of the established sample must be drawn up. In this case, in addition to compensation for damage, the guest must voluntarily or in court compensate the apartment for losses associated with downtime during repairs, replacement of furniture, etc. (for example, when flooding with water). Guests terminate their stay in the apartment with the expiration of the paid reservation or the agreement between the guest and the apartment on the provision of accommodation services. The guest has the right to terminate the agreement on the provision of accommodation at any time, subject to payment for the actual accommodation provided (see the selected tariff plan, in some tariff plans, a refund is not made upon departure earlier than the specified period of stay) Visitors can come to the apartment from 8 to 23 hours. The arrival of guests must be agreed by the resident of the apartment. Guests are responsible for staying in the apartment.

Booking cancellation Unless otherwise specified in the rate, the apartments have flexible cancellation policies by default. If the cancellation was made by the guest no later than 24 hours before the arrival time, the full amount will be refunded by the apartment. If the cancellation was made by the guest later than 24 hours before the arrival time, a penalty of one night's stay will be charged. The same rules apply when changing / rescheduling the terms or dates of the reservation: if the postponement of the terms or dates of the reservation affects the duration of the stay within 24 hours from the date of the change, a fine of one night's stay will be charged.
